Lanes Vets Garstang was formed in 2007 by a merger of two well established, mixed practices in the local area: Dimples Lane Vets and Pearson, Thompson & Callery. Lanes Farm Vets are based at their farm-only practice at Brock.

We offer a 24 hour on call service 7 days a week. The Garstang branch is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure our service is delivered to a high level all year round. Our out of hours staff can be contacted on the normal office number; 01995 602468 or 01995 641000.

In the very rare occasion our staff are otherwise engaged we have a professional phone answering service, both in and out of office hours, who intercept our calls when the phone is not answered promptly.

Here at Lanes Farm Vets we have 7 livestock-specific vets, 3 office staff, two ATT’s and 2 vet tech’s all aiding the smooth running of our practice.

Staff members are RoMS qualified to carry out mobility scoring, accredited to deliver BVD, Johnes, Milksure & AHDB Mastitis Plans. Interherd Plus, Total Vet and Herdwise are available for evaluation of herds. In order to ensure we offer a first-class service we encourage staff to gain further qualifications, we currently have an RCVS Certificate holder of Cattle Health and Production and two Diplomates in Bovine Reproduction.
